LIMOFF offers a 30-day return policy on all products purchased directly from our website. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

- In the original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Return Process

2. **Get Authorization**: We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
3. **Package Item**: Securely package the item in its original packaging
4. **Ship Back**: Send the item to the address provided with your RA number
5. **Receive Refund**: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error

Defective Products
